Hands Together is a small local charity who provide help, information and support to people in and around Ludlow.

Hands Together is a small local charity who provide help, information and
support to people in and around Ludlow.

We work with partners, stakeholders and volunteers to improve wellbeing and create a more equitable community in and around Ludlow. We do this by focusing on four primary objectives: addressing isolation and loneliness, addressing poor health and wellbeing, addressing poor quality of life and strengthening local community infrastructure.

By bringing volunteers and beneficiaries together through a range of services, we fill the gaps, provide opportunities and support the community to help itself. Hosting a range of activities at our community building, including Ludlow Men’s Shed, Community Lunch, Good Grief Café, Community Fridge and Befriending, we are at the heart of volunteering in the town. Projects are developed and delivered to fill an identified need, develop solutions, and deliver services and activities. 

Hands Together Ludlow continues to grow, but the only way we can carry on supporting our community is due to our team of fantastic volunteers who do incredible work and give up their valuable time to help deliver our projects. We truly could not do any of this without them, and we’d like to thank each and every one of them for their tireless efforts every week.
