If you’re struggling to get through the day, and feeling like you’re beyond help, I can relate! That was me 35 years ago, and it’s why I love working with people just like you. I’ve seen thousands of people with complex issues including menopause after cancer, fibromyalgia and heart disease.

Experience tells me that giving your body the right resources usually opens up a wealth of new opportunities for recovery. I offer treatments that work on the psychological, emotional and physical levels of illness, so there’s always something we can do to help you!

I work from Spiro Clinic in Lower Galdeford, where I offer:

*Prescribed herbal medicine – aimed at treating the deep root causes of your illness.
*Advanced hypnotherapy – to work on any stress or limiting beliefs affecting your health. It’s great for chronic pain too!
* Rei-Ki – a hands-on energy renewal technique to restore calm and vitality.
* Astrology – to help you understand and accept yourself the fast way.

I also run a monthly ‘Quiet Mind’ meditation meetup for an hour, on the first Friday lunchtime of each month. It’s a great way to learn meditation, and make new friends at the same time.

Who Am I?
I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at just 14 years old, and quickly realised that I was beyond the help of the NHS! I trained in Rei-Ki at 16 as the last part of my recovery, and went on to study for a BSc in Herbal Medicine, graduating in 1999. In 2022 I qualified as an Advanced Hypnotherapist, and I have a keen interest in astrology.
