Bill's Kitchen | Eating
Bill has spent his life making delicious, simple food and that's what he wants to share with you.
Bill’s Kitchen is the newest project from food writer and restaurateur Bill Sewell. Currently housed in the Ludlow Mascall Centre, Bill’s Kitchen moves to the transformed and refurbished Ludlow Assembly Rooms in early summer 2021.
Whilst at the Mascall Centre we’ll be open 8am to 3pm Tuesday to Saturday for breakfast, lunch and delicious coffee and cakes. Once we’re open at the Assembly Rooms our hours will extend to 8pm to offer early evening food and wine. Smoked salmon, home-made bread and a glass of white wine before a film at the Assembly Rooms? Come to us.
Breakfast features bacon and sausages from the Tudge family at Richards Castle. Lunch ranges from beef and ale pie, to our acclaimed quiches, through rabbit with roast peppers and ‘nduja to lentil, leek and White Fox cheese bake with courgettes in tomato and basil sauce. Everything is made by us on site including the beautiful bread for sandwiches and the cakes to go with our Hundred House coffee. And all our food is available to take away.
We look forward to welcoming you
