The Wool Shop on Broad Street is one of Ludlow’s independent owner run shops stocking a wide range of yarns, fabrics and general haberdashery items.

The shop has offered wool, fabric and haberdashery products since before the 1930s and early in 2025 came under new management with Keely now at the helm.

Manufacturers include Sirdar, King Cole and Rowan, together with UK independents like Skein Queen and West Yorkshire Spinners, together with Liberty, Stof and Hofmann fabrics amongst others.

As an owner run independent shop specialising in wool, knitting, crochet, haberdashery and fabric supplies, we will continue to offer a beautiful selection of products to service your sewing, knitting, crochet and embroidery needs.
